“We Don’t Need Another Hero (Thunderdome)” és una balada enregistrada per Tina Turner per a la pel·lícula “Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome” de 1985, on també interpretava un paper destacat com Aunty Entity. La cançó va ser escrita per Terry Britten i Graham Lyle, el mateix tàndem creatiu que havia treballat amb Turner en el seu gran èxit What’s Love Got to Do with It. The track played over the film’s closing credits and was accompanied by a visually striking music video featuring Turner in her full Aunty Entity costume—a chain-mail gown—performing amid spotlights and intercut scenes from the film. Her bandmate Tim Cappello (notable for his saxophone solos and muscular stage presence) also appeared in the video. It was nominated for Best Female Video at the MTV Video Music Awards.
